Born in New York, I grew up in an Italian family where food was always being shared, and part of the conversation. When I was younger I always found myself in the kitchen, wanting to learn. I have always had a passion for cooking, and eventually decided to go to culinary school. I attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. Since graduating I have been working as a Personal and Private Chef. I do it all, from dinner parties to one-on-one cooking lessons. I really enjoy what I do, and I'm always looking to learn something new. Food is the way that people connect with each other in every culture. Staying connected through food, that's what it's all about.
